St. Augustine, which knocked off Nease 28-24 in Week 5 , has moved into a tie for first place with American Heritage in the latest USA Today Florida Network high school football poll.

The Yellow Jackets (5-0) and Patriots (2-3) each received four first-place votes. St. Augustine is now the third team this season to earn at least a share of first place in Class 4A.

Choctawhatchee, coming off an impressive 42-7 win over rival Niceville , jumps up two spots to No. 3. Jesuit, which shutout Class 1A power Cardinal Newman 31-0 in Week 5, moves up a spot to No. 5.
