BIRMINGHAM, Ala. (WIAT) -- The West Alabama Human Trafficking Task Force arrested six men and a juvenile during a recent operation.

The operation targeted individuals who solicit commercial sex. The arrests were made after the suspects responded to an online ad place by undercover officers, arrived at the predetermined location and offered money for sex.

The juvenile's information will not be released due to age. The following people were charged with soliciting prostitution, and taken into custody with a $300 bond: • Aaron Carthage, 48, of Northport • Jeffrey Gordon, 29, of Columbus, MS • Benjamin Kannard, 47, of Eutaw • Amar Walden, 33, of Tuscaloosa • Davian Williams, 24, of Northport • James Wilson, 28, of Tuscaloosa
