Two brothers accused of sparking a "Code Red" alert in the north Twin Cities metro last week after allegedly holding a family at gunpoint have been arrested in Texas.

The Washington County Sheriff's Office says the two men, Isiah Angelo Garcia, 24, and Raymond Christian Garcia, 23, were arrested in Waller County, Texas, on Monday, and have been charged with three counts of kidnapping, first-degree burglary, and aggravated robbery.

It followed a home invasion and kidnapping report on Friday, Sept. 19, on the 7300 block of Inwood Way North in Grant, Minnesota. The complaints against the Garcias allege police received a 911 call from a male saying "he and his family had been kidnapped" by two masked assailants and "were being held hostage at gunpoint in their home."
