Appointments: Chairmen and Vice-Chairmen Named for 22 Market Committees

Chandigarh September 24, 2025- The Haryana Government has constituted market committees in all 22 districts of the state and released the list of appointed Chairmen and Vice-Chairmen. As per the orders issued by the government, these newly appointed office bearers have been entrusted with the responsibility of efficient management of all arrangements in the mandis, including crop procurement. They have also been tasked with ensuring compliance with the guidelines laid down by the government. The primary objective of these appointments is to make the mandi system more transparent, smooth, and farmer-friendly.
