Elon Musk ’s estranged father has been accused of sexually abusing five of his children and stepchildren, according to documents obtained by The New York Times Sept. 23.

Errol, 79, was allegedly sexually abusing his children in both California and South Africa, where Errol lives and where Elon was born, per the police and court reports, as well as interviews with family members and social workers, obtained by the outlet. ( In response to allegations , Errol told the New York Times in a statement published Sept. 23 that “the reports are false and nonsense in the extreme.”)
