(NewsNation) — Sean “Diddy” Combs’ former stylist, who testified against him during his criminal trial, filed a lawsuit against the music producer Wednesday, alleging he was subjected to sexual battery and physical assault by his ex-employer.

Celebrity stylist Deonte Nash worked for Combs from 2008 to 2018, and during that time, he alleged Combs also committed violence, human trafficking and false imprisonment.

"Nash personally experienced sexual, physical, mental, and emotional abuse at the hands of Defendants during his ten-year employment," including "forced tests of loyalty and manipulation, sexual harassment and sexual assaults, physical violence and manhandling, labor trafficking, threats of harm, and threats of death," the lawsuit states.
