A body feared to belong to a missing British tourist who vanished from his Spanish hotel has been discovered.
The body was discovered in Roca Grossa near the seaside town of Lloret de Mar at 4pm yesterday by a man walking through the woods.
He died no more than 48 hours before the body was discovered around 4pm today, the force said, according to local news outlet ElCaso.
Spanish police have yet to identify the man but suspect the body may be British holidaymaker Josh Rogers, who disappeared from his hotel in the popular seaside town over the weekend. A well-placed source said it was ‘highly likely’ to be the tourist but stressed this afternoon they were still awaiting the results of tests.
