WOODVILLE, Texas (KTRE) - The Trinity Tigers travel to Woodville Friday night to take on the Eagles in the district 12-3A Division II opener.

Trinity is 4-and-0 this season, after winning four games all of last season and going winless in 2023. Woodville, the state runner-ups from a year ago, lost their opener to Orangefield, but have won three in a row since then.

Michael Coleman and Kyle Owens broke down the matchup on Red Zone Overtime. Owens says Friday is a big opportunity for Trinity.
