This weekend UTEP fans are invited to support the Miners at the homecoming pep rally, tailgate party and then football game against Louisiana Tech. The game kickoff will be at 7 p.m. in the Sun Bowl.

The UTEP band, cheer and dance teams will spark Miner spirit at the annual homecoming pep rally on Thursday, Sept. 25, on the second floor of the Union Building East. The Golden Grads Luncheon — celebrating the class of 1975 and earlier — is Friday, Sept. 26, at the Tomas Rivera Conference Center in the UTEP Union Building. Lunch at noon.

The 9th Annual Way Out West Country Music Festival returns Saturday, Sept. 27 in Downtown El Paso and the El Paso Film Festival also kicks off at the Plaza Theatre.
