In the detailed order rejecting bail to an accused in the Salman Khan house firing case, a special court said the applicant played an active role in the crime and was intentionally involved in organised crime activities.
On Monday, the court rejected the bail plea of Mohammed Rafique Sardar Chaudhary. The allegations against him are that he had done a recce outside Khan’s Bandra residence, Galaxy Apartment, shot a video and sent it to a co-accused.
