The man shot and killed Monday at a park in Mount Holly has been identified as a 25-year-old man who lived across the street, authorities said.

Andre Ross was shot once in the back at Mill Dam Park, the Burlington County Prosecutor’s Office said Wednesday.

No arrests have been made and the investigation is ongoing.

A GoFunMme.com established by Ross’ mother Latanya Ross said her son was the victim of “senseless gun violence.”

She couldn’t be reached by NJ Advance Media on Wednesday.

The circumstances surrounding the 5:45 p.m shooting haven’t been described by the prosecutor’s office.

Andre Ross is survived by a 4-year-old daughter, his mother said.

Family and friends held a vigil for Ross on Tuesday at the park, KYW radio reported.
