Back in the day, a Chevy SS was a sign of performance on four wheels, rapid acceleration and the envy of the neighborhood. The 1961 Impala was first badged with the Super Sport designation and popularized by Beach Boy lyrics… “She’s real fine my 409” the following year.

Sixty-five years later, today’s SS is at the top of the Chevy Blazer EV lineup, one of three electric trims.
