ROCKORD, Ill. (WTVO) — Tammi Dunaway, a Rockford native, recently completed a 14-day, 160-mile walk from Philadelphia to Washington, D.C., as part of the 'We Are America' march.
The march aimed to unite people from various political backgrounds, faiths, and beliefs, promoting a message of national unity.
"I stumbled on it online. It was quite accidental. I enjoy long-distance walking. I do not enjoy what's happening to our country," Dunaway said, explaining her motivation for joining the march.
