KNOXVILLE, Tenn. (WVLT) - Kaden Long has helped lead Central to one of its best starts in years. The Bobcats are 4-1 and are ranked in the TSSAA state football poll.

In week 5, the Central High quarterback accounted for seven total touchdowns, throwing for 245 yards and rushing for another 125 in a 51-21 win over Clinton.

The Bobcats battle Powell in week six, with the winner taking over sole possession of first place in Region 2-5A.
