SPRINGFIELD — The entrance and parking lot to the Blunt Park walking track will be closed to pedestrian and vehicle parking starting Monday as the city begins the second phase of construction to improve the park.

The entrance across from 1535 Roosevelt Ave. will be closed until further notice. The main entrance at 1800 Roosevelt Ave. will remain open, officials said.
