HINTON, Iowa (KCAU) — The Hinton Community School Board has approved a settlement with a wrestler and his family, who alleged the school district was responsible for physical abuse and assaults.

According to the school board’s minutes for a September 15 meeting, members voted three to one to proceed with the settlement reached with the district’s insurance carrier and the family.
