BRYAN, Texas (KBTX) - Though it has been a slower hurricane season across the Atlantic, as of Wednesday afternoon, Tropical Storm Humberto has officially formed - and it sits alongside Hurricane Gabrielle. This is the first time this year we have had two named storms simultaneously churning in the Atlantic basin.
