The lawsuit alleged Poppi misled consumers by marketing its drinks as “gut healthy,” though benefits would require drinking multiple cans, negating any value due to sugar content. Anyone who bought Poppi between January 2020 and July 2025 can file claims at poppisettlement.com by Sept. 26, 2025. Refunds range from 75¢ per can with receipts to $16 per household without receipts. Payments are expected within 90 days of the Nov. 20 approval hearing.
