Three people were charged Tuesday after investigators said they stole approximately $60,000 from retail stores across central Pennsylvania, Attorney General Dave Sunday said.
Two of the suspects — 43-year-old Julia Robinson and 36-year-old Demetrius Patterson, both of Middletown — are facing felony charges of corrupt organizations, organized retail theft, identity theft and related offenses.
Court documents listed the offense dates as Oct. 30, 2024.
The third person charged, who was not named in the AG’s release, is still at large.
On at least 20 occasions, the trio stole from T.J. Maxx, Marshalls and Home Goods stores in Dauphin, Cumberland, York and Lancaster counties, the release said.
