RICHMOND, Va. (WRIC) -- The Science Museum of Virginia is launching a new, temporary exhibit you'll be "dying" to see.
Starting on Saturday, Oct. 4, the Science Museum of Virginia will become the host of "The Power of Poison," a traveling exhibit that dives deep into the world of poison and venom.
The exhibit will feature historical flashbacks and interactive elements, allowing attendees to learn more about both the dangers and the benefits of poisons.
“Guests will see how nature’s most dangerous substances — poisons and venoms — both protect the species that wield them and inspire the development of cutting-edge treatments and cures,” said Timshel Purdum, the Science Museum’s Virginia C. Ellett Deputy Director of Education, in a press release.
