The Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) has lodged an official complaint with the ICC against Indian captain Suryakumar Yadav for expressing solidarity with the victims of the Pahalgam terror attack and dedicating his team’s victory to the Indian Armed Forces involved in Operation Sindoor. His comments were made after India’s Asia Cup Group A match against Pakistan on September 14.
The PCB claims Surya’s comments are “political".
However, it’s unclear when exactly the PCB filed the complaint as it must occur within seven days of the said comment.
