CHEYENNE – Many Cheyenne City Council members were left confused Monday at a council meeting due to not knowing a downtown parking restriping and delineating process had begun.
The confusion followed public comment on a resolution to let bids for striping parking spaces and painting curbs in the downtown area. Two downtown business owners stated during the meeting that they were not notified before parking spots were painted outside of their work buildings as part of a pilot project.
