AFLW great and Channel 7 star Abbey Holmes has hit out at a social media troll for a personal attack in which he questioned her parenting.

Holmes and her husband, former AFL journeyman Keegan Brooksby, welcomed baby Braxton into the world in June.

Since then, the super mum has returned to work with Seven while still managing to juggle motherhood perfectly.

Naive and judgmental trolls criticised Holmes when she returned to work , calling her selfish for coming back seven weeks after the baby was born, despite knowing nothing about her dedication to motherhood.
