HARDIN COUNTY, Ky. —

After receiving multiple reports of vandalism at cemeteries in Hardin County, police have arrested four men.

The Hardin County Sheriff's Office said after receiving more than two dozens reports of vandalism at cemeteries, they identified a group of potential suspects.

During the investigation, police collected evidence at local scrap yards of stolen and vandalized property.

Following interviews with possible suspects, four men were arrested: Tomas Bernardo, Gaven Carayoan, Jesse Barcinas, and Joseph Mendiola.

They are all charged with violating graves and theft by unlawful taking or disposition $1,000<$10,000. Both are Class D felonies.

The Hardin County Sheriff's Office said the investigation into the vandalism is still ongoing.
