BOARDMAN A medical equipment provider held a groundbreaking ceremony on Wednesday to mark where its new facility will be located.

Angel Care Medical is a provider of durable medical equipment to long-term care facilities, hospice and nursing homes, aiming to provide these facilities with the equipment they need.

Dan Halas, President of Angel Care Medical, outlined what kinds of items the facility will carry, which included certain specialty equipment:

Air mattresses

Wheelchairs

Walkers

Continuous positive airway pressure (CPAP) machines

Non-invasive vents

The groundbreaking took place at 11 a.m. at 8500 Crossroads Drive in Boardman, where the new facility will be located.
