SIOUX FALLS, S.D. (Dakota News Now) - South Dakota State has one final non-conference game this weekend, as they welcome Mercyhurst. The second-ranked Jackrabbits have gone 3-0 this season, with wins against Sacramento State, Montana State, and Drake.

As they come off a bye week, the Jackrabbits will look to get back into the rhythm of a game week. Head Coach Dan Jackson said earlier this year that the offense has been improving as the year has progressed, getting more comfortable with each other and the conditioning needed to finish long drives.

“You’ve got to play yourself into the conditioning, too. So I’ve got the utmost confidence in our offense to finish. I think it’s actually built for it. As we refine and clean some things up, we’ll finish those drives,” Jackson said.
