When looking for a leader I think it’s important to find someone who leads not with their words but with their actions. I believe Ben Speed is one of those people.

I first met Ben when I was just transitioning from industry to become a career and technical education (CTE) teacher. I was feeling quite overwhelmed and Ben was one of the first people to sit me down and help me find my rhythm and offer advice. His tutelage was invaluable for me in my first few years as I suspect it was for many teachers, and he still to this day takes time out of his busy schedule to help guide my program.
