The Special Judge, CBI Court, Ghaziabad, on Wednesday convicted and sentenced Manisha Devi, a private person, to undergo imprisonment of three years, five months and 15 days along with a fine of Rs 50,000 in a bank loan fraud case.

According to the CBI, it registered the instant case on September 13, 2017, against the accused Manisha Devi and her husband, co-accused Kapil Kumar, for criminal conspiracy.
