A new report has detailed which cities in the United States are the best — and, by default, the worst — for people with disabilities .

And a city in Pennsylvania placed among the top 10.

Conducted and published by WalletHub , this report listed Pittsburgh as the eighth best city in the country for those with disabilities. Philadelphia — the only other Keystone State city on the list — ranked in 25th overall.

Researchers formulated the study’s findings by first seeding a list of 182 cities — 150 of which are the country’s most populated — then grading them across three key metrics: “Economy,” “Quality of Life” and ‘Health Care.” Relevant sub-metrics such as “Cost of Living” and “Wheelchair-Accessible Grocery Stores per Capita” were also factored in for final results.
