OMAHA, Neb. (WOWT) - It’s another cool morning out the door with temperatures in the 50s. That’s again the coolest morning we’ve had in over two weeks. That morning chill will turn into an even warmer afternoon for us all. Highs will jump well into the 80s.

That will happen with very light wind and somewhat low dew points on the muggy meter.

Beyond today I expected highs in the mid 80s to be the story right into and through the weekend. Friday should be very similar today but a couple degrees warmer. Mid 80s win out Saturday and Sunday too.

The biggest difference you’ll notice this weekend will be the jump in on the muggy meter both Saturday and Sunday. That should make it feel a little more like summer for one more weekend. Dew points should start to dip a little more again next week.
