CLEVELAND, Ohio — Browns quarterback Joe Flacco is supposed to be the fun uncle, shooting fireworks from that 40-year-old shoulder. But through three games, Flacco’s offense can barely light a fuse.

Cleveland enters Week 4 ranked 30th in scoring (15 points per game) and dead last in yards per pass attempt (5.0). Per PFF, Flacco ranks 25th of 33 qualified quarterbacks with two completions of 20-plus air yards. And this is, allegedly, the same guy who turned coach Kevin Stefanski’s offense into a pyrotechnics display two years ago.
