Punjab to launch statewide events for 350th martyrdom anniversary of Sri Guru Tegh Bahadur; CM unveils commemorative logo

Chandigarh, September 25, 2025: Punjab Chief Minister Bhagwant Singh Mann announced a series of commemorative programmes across the state to mark the 350th martyrdom anniversary of Sri Guru Tegh Bahadur, revered as ‘Hind Di Chadar’, and unveiled the state‑level logo for the remembrance events.

The CM said the programmes will be organised at historic sites across Punjab associated with the Guru’s visits, with the aim of inspiring citizens to follow the Guru’s timeless ideals of secularism, humanity, and the spirit of sacrifice.
