It happens in the cruise world. Delays may take place, altering plans. Norwegian Cruise Line has experienced these issues in recent weeks. Among the recent delays that took place was Customs Service intervening on the Norwegian Sun ship after a guest was found to be carrying "illicit substances" in their cabin.
