Or is Indiana really that good?

That was the gist of one of the hundreds of questions from my text-message group this week, while Hawkeye fans everywhere brace themselves for the worst ahead of Iowa football ’s Homecoming game Sept. 27 against No. 12-ranked Indiana (2:30 p.m. CT, Peacock).

Indiana’s 63-10 pasting of then-No. 9 Illinois on Sept. 20 marked the largest-ever margin of victory against a top-10 team by a non-top-10 team.
