A Georgia teen has been missing for several days after she vanished hours after going homecoming-dress shopping — and her distraught family fears she may have been lured away by someone she met online.
Amy Reidling, 14, was last seen at her home in Decatur on the outskirts of Atlanta on Sunday afternoon, cops said. The high school freshman was reported missing just hours later when her stepmother returned from dinner and realized she’d disappeared.
“I opened the door and she was gone. I tore the house apart,” stepmom Ginny Rutledge told 11Alive. 5

The stepmom and the teen’s father, Mike Reidling, insisted there was no warning before her disappearance, and believe she met someone online who coached her on how to run away.
