(Sioux Falls, SD) — Four people now face murder and manslaughter charges in connection with the death of a man found injured earlier this month at Cherry Rock Park in Sioux Falls. Police say 51-year-old Thomas Fernandez later died at the hospital. The suspects, ranging in age from 24 to 33, were first arrested on assault and robbery charges but have since been indicted by a grand jury. They remain in the Minnehaha County jail as the investigation continues.
