YOUNGSTOWN Drivers in Youngstown who take I-680 near Meridian Road as part of their morning commute should expect delays after two crashes near the same area Thursday morning.
Information is slim at this time, but a dispatcher with the Ohio State Highway Patrol (OSP) says one crash happened on I-680 northbound on the ramp to Meridian Road, and the other happened on Meridian Road itself.
The Ohio Department of Transportation's OHGO service says drivers should expect lane closures on I-680 Northbound near the Meridian Road exit due to the crash.
At this time, the traffic impacts on Meridian Road itself are unclear, and it is unknown if anyone suffered any injuries from either crash.
