Brace yourselves, "Law & Order: Organized Crime" fans: Detective Elliot Stabler is going back undercover.

The fifth season of the "Law & Order" spinoff starring Christopher Meloni as the iconic NYPD detective battling the criminals of the New York City underworld will air on NBC after dropping on Peacock earlier this year.

The show also includes acting legend Ellen Burstyn playing Stabler's mother and "Breaking Bad" star Dean Norris as one of Stabler's brothers.

A fiery trailer released in March for Season Five has Burstyn's Bernadette “Bernie” Stabler hoping she won't have to bury Elliot as he lies injured in a hospital bed.

The teaser video also shows Stabler's son Eli (Nicky Torchia) wearing the uniform of the NYPD after following in his father's footsteps. Season Four end
