A neighbor of singer D4vd's rented Hollywood Hills home has now come forward and revealed seeing the singer and Celeste Rivas weeks before Rivas' body was found in D4vd's discarded Tesla. The case of the dead teen who remained missing for a year and her relationship with the 20-year-old singer has taken an ugly twist, as all evidence pointed to the singer's role in Celeste's death.
