GLADWIN COUNTY — An Amish man had to be taken to the hospital after a crash involving his buggy and a pickup truck in Gladwin County.
Deputies say the crash happened around 7:15 Wednesday evening near the intersection of Wagerville Road and North Hockaday Road in Gladwin Township.
They say the buggy was traveling west on Wagerville Road when it was hit from behind by a pickup truck.
A 70-year-old Amish man in the buggy was taken to the hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.
The driver of the pickup truck was not hurt.
Deputies believe sun glare was a factor in the crash.
