WARREN A Warren man who pled guilty to having a photo of a nude juvenile learned his fate Thursday morning.

According to the Trumbull County Prosecutor's Office, 28-year-old Domonic Rogers was handed an indefinite sentence of three to four-and-a-half years in prison on a charge of illegal use of a minor in nudity-oriented material or performance.

Once released, Rogers must register as a Tier 2 sex offender twice per year for 25 years.

Rogers pled guilty to this charge in August of 2025. Two more charges of disseminating matter harmful to juveniles and tampering with evidence were dismissed.

A police report said that the 13-year-old female victim had sent Rogers a picture of her breasts via Snapchat at his request.
