Kim Kardashian’s SKIMS brand of shapewear is apparently collaborating with Nike now on workout pieces. They say it’s “[d]esigned to sculpt and engineered to perform,” but I cannot imagine caring if I am sculpted while I am exercising?!? But I also am not someone who wears cute workout gear, so clearly I’m not the target audience for a lot of these things. Give me a cruddy old t-shirt any day, and I only just tossed my 30-year old Umbros. Honestly, you could have covered up the branding and I’d have assumed this was some Balenciaga foolishness held over from the Demna days. Wonder if Demna agrees.
