A 14-year-old girl who died after getting a secret boob job also had liposuction and a Brazilian Butt Lift, according to reports.

Paloma Nicole Arellano Escobedo passed away in hospital in Durango, Mexico a week after the operation - and the surgeon has now been suspended.

The schoolgirl's father Carlos Said Arellano had no prior knowledge of the op , and thought she had died of neurological complications from Covid-19.

He said: “Her death certificate falsely stated ‘illness’ as the cause of death in an attempt to cover up the truth.”

But during the funeral, he said he realised she had undergone cosmetic surgery.

An examination confirmed she had breast implants and surgical scars .

Horrified, Carlos filed a complaint and demanded an investigation.
