SOUTH BEND, Ind. -- Court documents from St. Joseph County reveal at least five men were arrested on Sept. 20 following reports of a large crowd with fights breaking out.

The South Bend Police Department reports officers arrived on scene and were informed there had been a shooting incident the week prior.

While on scene, police saw a group of men, later identified as 19-year-old Jose Miguel Tirado, 20-year-old Larry Ramone Mitchell Jr., and 19-year-old Sabian Martin, walk into a restaurant.

Officers say it appeared the men were concealing weapons. Police say they were all checking lumps under their clothing and holding their pants up with their hands,
