Phil Mickelson has blasted a Minnesota congresswoman for her “jarring” remarks about Charlie Kirk.

The legendary golfer ripped Democratic Rep. Ilhan Omar after she doubled down on previous comments she made following the 32-year-old’s assassination.

“What I find jarring is that there’s so many people willing to excuse the most reprehensible things that he said, that they agree with that, that they’re willing to have monuments for him, that they want to create a day to honour him, and that they want to produce resolutions in the house of Congress honoring his life and legacy,” the politician said on CNN during an interview with Kaitlan Collins.
