A man was found shot outside of a home in Jackson on Stonewall Street Thursday.

According to Capitol Police, they were called at approximately 12:10 p.m. to a shots-fired call.

When they arrived, they found a man who had been shot multiple times. He was transported to a local hospital.

The victim was transported to a local hospital for his injuries. This is an open and ongoing investigation. Anyone with any information pertaining to this incident is urged to call Capitol Police at 601-359-3125.
