WEST DEPTFORD TWP. — Demolition of a now-surplus warehouse at the COIM USA facility is to clear the way for the company to add a manufacturing operation at its Mantua Grove Road facility.

COIM is a chemical products manufacturer with a presence here since 2004. The new operation isn't expected to significantly add to the 180-person work force, a representative testified at the township's planning board meeting Sept. 23.
