The NRL player who infamously caught his teammate in a lewd act with his then fiancée has broken his four-year silence on the sex scandal that rocked the rugby league.

In his first interview about the incident that destroyed his relationship and threatened to estrange him from his two young children, Michael Lichaa declared: “I don’t have any hate for him” after revealing he had forgiven his former Canterbury-Bankstown Bulldogs teammate Adam Elliott.

Lichaa’s world imploded in 2021 when he discovered his then fiancee, Kara Childerhouse, performing a sex act on Elliott — now a Newcastle Knights player — following a boozy night out that ended at Lichaa’s southern Sydney home.

“It’s not something you want to go through and certainly not something you want to relive,” Lichaa told news.com.a
