ADAMS COUNTY, Pa. (WHTM) -- A memorial race will be held this weekend at Lincoln Speedway in Abbottstown for the three fallen York County officers killed during an ambush last week.

The "Fallen Heroes Race" that is happening this Saturday, Sept. 27, will feature the 410 sprint cars and the 358 sprint cars, organizers announced. During intermission, drivers will walk through the stands and infield to collect donations.

“Racing has always been about community, and we are proud to stand with the families of these fallen officers,” said Jerry Parrish, general manager at Lincoln Speedway. “This night is about honoring their sacrifice while uniting fans, teams, and sponsors for a cause greater than racing.”
