Some Silvis residents under boil order

SILVIS, Ill. (KWQC) - Parts of Silvis are under a boil order.

The City of Silvis said the following parts of the city are under a boil order:

8th Avenue between 10th Street and 11th Street

10th Street A

11th Street between 6th Avenue and 9th Avenue

8th Avenue between 8th Street and 12th Street

9th Avenue between 8th Street and 10th Street

10th Street between 8th Avenue and 11th Avenue C Court

Impacted residents are shown in the areas in blue, city leaders said. If you are on a boil order, you will have a door tag.
